So I'm thinking I'm pregnant with a toddler...lol. The ultrasound today showed even MORE hair on Addison's head! Plus her estimated weight is currently at 5 lbs, 11 oz. Needless to say, I'm a little nervous. I knew she was getting big though, as it's obvious when she moves that she's running out of room. Dr. F said she won't let Addie go over 4000 grams (8 lbs, 13 oz) though. I'm not a fan of inducing, but I would prefer that over a c-section!
Everything looks great though! My blood pressure was 110/66. Addie looks perfect and has her head down on my cervix, but I have not started to dilate yet. (This is good!) We start going weekly for the OB checks now.
This is where I start getting nervous. It doesn't matter how many times you've given birth, it's still a little scary because every delivery is different and there's always fear of the "unknown." I'm sure all will go fine though. (Hey...we will have 2 awesome docs there!) Seeing Steve and Andrea meet Addison finally will make it all worth it!
She's going to be a big girl!! :) Can't wait to keep up with it..your in the final spin. :) Good luck.
ReplyDeleteHI, My name is Heather, but currently I am SSG P as I am deployed at the moment and my husband is on his way over as well. I think that what you are doing is amazing and I would love the opportunity to ask you questions. My husband and I were trying to concieve for about 2 years prior to me leaving and actually miscarried twice before I left as well. I do not ovulate normally on my own and also my blood is too thick and clots off the baby before it can implant and start growing. There are solutions to this which is what caused us to get pregnant and then miscarry. I take fertility meds to ovulate and then I have to take blood thinners by injection daily. We made it to 5 weeks like this then miscarried and then one week later I started training for my deployment. I have just recently started thinking about Surrogacy. My husband and I are both open to adoption as well.
ReplyDeleteHi Heather! Thank you so much for your service for our great country! I would love to answer any questions you may have regarding surrogacy! Please email me at boomersoonermama@aol.com. Hope to hear from you soon!
ReplyDeleteHi! i was just checking out your blog. We have a beautiful little girl that I delivered but after delivery I bleed and had to have a partial hysterectomy. After that we had a handsome little boy with the help of our amazing GC. We are looking at trying to do one more time.......who knows but I was curious to learn if you delivered your surrotwins vaginally or if you had to have a csxn.
